Welcome to Truly Julie’s. I love tasty food, especially dessert! Sweet & salty cashew brittle is one of my favorites. I’ve been making this recipe for 40 years now, and once I tweaked the initial recipe, it became an instant hit with everyone. This brittle has been gifted to many of my friends at Christmas time, and I love hearing their stories of how much they cherish it and how they even “hide it” from one another!
